Associate Transactional Attorney

We are on the lookout for an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in corporate transactions. We also welcome applications from proficient litigation attorneys looking to transition into a transactional role. To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of legal practice, with no more than 5 years of overall experience as an attorney.
