Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney specializing in general practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to general practice and will be excited about the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in various industries, with the potential for professional growth and development.Responsibilities:• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, real estate transactions, and civil litigation.• Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.• Stay current on legal developments and trends in general practice.Requirements:• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.• Minimum of 3 years of law experience, focusing on general practice.• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to general practice.• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Prior experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies.• Demonstrated commitment to client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.Interested candidates should submit their resume to Casey.Cannon@gogpac.com or call/text at 470-870-6557
