Job Title: Experienced Litigation Attorney (Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Litigation)Location: BaltimorePosition Type: Senior Associate/Junior PartnerOur firm is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Litigation Group. This is a senior associate/junior partner-level position offering substantial career advancement opportunities. You will become an integral part of our dynamic team, dedicated to representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and professional licensing matters. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities related to managing medical malpractice cases, participating in trials, overseeing discovery, and maintaining significant client interaction.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and actively participate in medical malpractice cases, from inception to resolution, which may include trials, arbitrations, and settlements.• Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual healthcare providers and institutional clients.
