They are looking for a highly motivated engineer who is highly motivated in developing their skills in civil engineering and roadway designCompany Details:• Voted one of the best places to work in the metro area• Laid back company culture• Been in business for 25+ years• Great pipeline of projects in multiple industries• Provides construction, design, and consultation for a broad range of public and private sector clients• Zero layoffs due to lack of workResponsibilities:• Design of roadway geometrics and pavements, grading, storm sewer, cross sections, MOT, traffic signals, and ADA ramps• Perform designs from preliminary through final design• Develop plans, specifications, reports, and quantity computations• Ensure design compliance with state/local codes, ordinances, and agency requirements• Working independently as well as in a team to develop informed decisionsQualifications:• 5+ years of experience in transportation design experience• BS in Civil Engineering preferred• EIT/FE Certification (PE Licensure is a plus)• Proficient with MiroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and PowerGeopak• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environmentCompensation/Benefits:• $85,000 to $115,000 on base compensation• 3 weeks’ vacation• 401k retirement plan with employer match• Hybrid work scheduleThis client is ready to hire a Civil Transportation Engineer NOW and is actively conducting interviews this week, so don’t wait.
