The right candidate will have a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and work well as part of a team.Job Responsibilities• Responsible for managing or performing all accounting functions (A/R, A/P, Payroll, QC Enterprise accounting software, banking and cash flow, monthly / annual financial statements, and other internal and external reports).• Responsible for managing accounting and office management staff members.• Responsible for various Office Management areas such as: Human Resources, Benefits Management, Computer/Telecom and other areas as needed.• Responsible for Environmental and Regulatory compliance and reporting.• Oversee year-end and month-end inventory and reconciling.• Prepare journal entries to record daily and monthly financial transactions.Education• College degree in Accounting or other related business majorWork Experience• 10+ years of progressive accounting job experience.
