Company Overview:An award-winning, prestigious law firm has partnered with us to assist them in a selective search for a Corporate Paralegal in their Memphis office.Currently named Best Lawyers multiple years in a row, attorneys on the peer-reviewed list. They have a great culture with little to no turnover and higher pay for the market.They seek a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in Real Estate, Tax, and Lending.Key Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys in all aspects of corporate legal matters, with a focus on real estate transactions, tax filings, and lending documentation.• Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, loan agreements, and corporate filings.• Conduct thorough legal research and assist in the preparation of documents for court and client meetings.• Organize and maintain corporate records, real estate files, and lending documentation.• Manage closings and coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and legal counsel.• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.• Provide support during corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, and tax-related matters.Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with expertise in Real Estate, Tax, and Lending.• Paralegal certification or a relevant degree is required.• Extensive knowledge of legal principles related to corporate law, real estate, tax regulations, and lending practices.• Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems.• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.• Health, dental, and vision insurance.• 401(k) with company match.• Paid time off and holidays.• Opportunities for professional development.To be considered, please apply with a resume or submit confidentially to Lindsay Campeau to lindsay.campeau@gogpac.com, or call (517) 855-2199.You can also connect with me at https://www.linkedin.com/in/lindsaycampeau/
