Corporate/Transactional Attorney - job 1 of 2

We are on the lookout for an Associate Attorney with 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions. We also welcome applications from proficient litigation attorneys looking to transition into a transactional role. To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 6+ years of legal practice.
