We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our appreciation for your expertise and dedication to excellence in a professionally run environment.Key Responsibilities:• Function in a player role, actively participating in daily billing operations.• Ensure accurate daily claim billing and auditing, alongside efficient posting of insurance payments (electronic and paper).• Address and resolve claim edits/exclusions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of billing guidelines and payor requirements.• Handle prior authorization processes and follow up on unpaid claims to secure prompt payment.• Utilize insurance appeal experience and manage patient statements, collections, refunds, and account receivables.• Engage directly with patients to resolve questions related to balances and insurance issues.• Execute additional duties as requested by Management.Qualifications:• A minimum of 4 years of experience in rigorous medical billing, with a preference for candidates holding dermatology billing and coding experience or familiarity with EMA.• Proven ability to manage and improve billing processes and workflows.Key Competencies:• Strong team orientation with excellent collaborative skills.• Exceptional follow-through, maturity, and professionalism.• Committed to excellence and maintaining high standards.• Capable of managing priorities and workflow effectively.• Keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.Offering:• A competitive compensation package.• The opportunity to work within a long-established, stable, and growth-oriented environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume to jessica.rehder@gogpac.com or call 605-705-4855 for more details.
