They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projectsCompany Details:• Voted one of the best places to work in the metro area• Laid back company culture• Great pipeline of projects in multiple industries• Provides construction, design, and consultation for a broad range of public and private sector clients• Zero lay offs due to lack of workResponsibilities:• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings• Review design documents and construction estimates• Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesQualifications:• 3-5 years of experience• Degree in Architecture preferred• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formatsCompensation/Benefits:• $55,000 to $75,000 base compensation• 3 weeks’ vacation• 401k retirement plan with employer match• Hybrid work scheduleThis client is ready to hire an Architectural Designer NOW and is actively conducting interviews this week, so don’t wait.
