A book of business would be a plus, but it’s not required.Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Attorney who can manage a diverse caseload in employment law, including providing counsel and representing clients in various employment-related matters. This position requires a commitment to client service and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with confidence.Key Responsibilities:• Represent clients in employment law matters, including disputes, compliance, and advisory work.• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.• Draft and review employment-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and handbooks.• Provide strategic counsel on employment issues to a diverse range of clients.• Maintain accurate billing records to meet a 1700 annual billable hour requirement.Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.• Proven experience in employment law (a book of business is a plus but not required).• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.• Excellent communication and client service skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.Compensation:$130,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth.Benefits:• Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.• Retirement plan with firm contributions.• Paid time off and holiday schedule.• Supportive hybrid work environment.If you are passionate about employment law and looking for a role with a firm known for excellence, we encourage you to apply.
