If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for precision, this position is tailor-made for you!Responsibilities:- Utilize your expertise in construction management, engineering, and sheet metal trade to provide accurate estimates- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project requirements are met- Conduct detailed analysis and financial assessments to determine project costs- Leverage your knowledge of estimating software and proficiency in MS Office to streamline the estimation process- Interact effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or questions that may ariseEssential Job Functions:- Employ your sharp attention to detail to create precise and comprehensive estimates- Multitask effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple estimation tasks simultaneously- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and devise accurate cost breakdowns- Utilize your financial analysis skills to evaluate project profitability and identify areas for optimizationSkills:- Associate degree in construction management, Engineering, and/or Sheet Metal Trade Experience- Previous experience with Sheet Metal Quotesoft estimating is preferred- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to catch even the smallest errors- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of estimating software- Strong analytic skills and financial analysis abilities- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders- Display excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleaguesWorking Conditions:- Office environment: Get cozy at your desk while utilizing your estimating superpowers- Construction site environment: Channel your inner adventurer as you navigate various job sites- Ability to travel to job sites approximately 20% of the timeSo, if you are ready to add some "sheet metal" to your career path and make an impact in the Mechanical Contractor industry, we want to hear from you!
