We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our diverse range of projects. Job Description: As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will manage and lead cross-functional teams, oversee all aspects of project implementation, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:• Do take-offs.• Order materials.• Schedule installers.• Clear and direct communication with site supers and GC's.• Manage materials and logistics.• Manage projects and teams.• Plan and implement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and making decisions as necessary.• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.• Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to all stakeholders.• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.• Proven experience in project management in flooring, cabinets & countertops.• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Positive and outgoing personality.• 100% focused on a winning attitude.• Experience in flooring, cabinets & counter tops.
