My client is seeking to hire a Landscape Architectural Job Captain!An exciting and innovative multidisciplinary Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering Firm is looking for a top-notch Job Captain to mentor, coach, develop, and promote for long-term success. This is a well-established firm with a diverse project portfolio including Parks, Plazas, Public Infrastructure, Stadiums, Athletic Parks, Neighborhood Plans, Schools, Colleges, and other public agencies.This will be a full-time position offering a hybrid work schedule, excellent salary, bonuses, and full benefit package.The Job Captain will be tasked with overseeing day-to-day landscape architectural design deliverables, construction documentation, administration tasks, and other routine maintenance duties to keep projects moving along on schedule. If you are a passionate Landscape Architectural Job Captain looking to join a growing firm, there is an incredible opportunity that awaits you, let’s talk!Key Responsibilities:• The Job Captain will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of landscape project deliverables during all phases of the project.• Oversee graphic design, meeting preparation, client needs, and the production of high-quality construction documents/packages.• Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, staffing projections, and billing reviews.• Act as a point of contact for clients and outside consultants.• Assist in the design, sketch, and development of proposed projects.• Provide strong leadership through the management of relationships at all levels, internally and externally, with ownership, clients, production staff, consultants, and contractors.Preferred Qualifications:• B.S or M.S.
