NEEDED!!! A boutique litigation firm with offices in Marlton, New Jersey, has an open associate position. Attorney should be able to handle cases from drafting complaints to trial preparation. Attorney must have completed numerous arbitrations, depositions, and ideally some expert depositions and jury trials. Firm specialize in complex commercial litigation and employment litigation and as an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters.The firm offer a collaborative work environment where you will have the chance to learn from experienced attorneys while also taking on your own cases.
