As a broad-service law firm, we are dedicated to professional excellence and delivering superior results.Position: Full-Time Litigation Paralegal (Medical Malpractice Experience Required)Responsibilities:• Conduct legal fact-finding and basic legal research.• Review and analyze new matters, including ordering medical and other relevant records.• Assemble, review, and summarize records.• Assist with case management, including organizing legal documents for depositions and trials.• Organize and electronically file pleadings.• Support attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation.• Coordinate and schedule calendars.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a law office; a background in nursing or comparable healthcare field is a plus.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.• Self-starter with excellent research skills using LexisNexis or Westlaw.• Exceptional writing skills and high-level computer proficiency.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence.
