A Neuro based/Balance and Fall Oriented Physical Therapist- looking for someone who is comfortable and skilled dealing with those who need balance care/general neuro care/Vertigo, etc. LSVT certification is a plus. This person will be based out of our Hilton Head office.• A Licensed Physical therapist who is more of a "Generalist" and is excited about a mixed caseload which fluctuates between General Orthopedic care and some basic Balance/Fall services. Dry Needle Certification is appreciated. This person will be based in our Hilton Head Office.• The Need for a Pelvic Health PT who has experience and a significant interest in helping this patient population.
