We are seeking a skilled and driven HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join this dynamic team. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career with a company that values a positive and flexible work culture, this is the right fit for you.Key Responsibilities:• Accurately size, estimate, and quote HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.• Collaborate with the sales team, Project Managers, and other departments to determine project scope, timelines, and costs for materials and labor.• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and review project plans/specifications to ensure accuracy.• Conduct product and material research, evaluate bids, and prepare proposals for a range of HVAC projects.• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends to maintain competitive and efficient estimating practices.• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure the successful delivery of each project.• Organize and maintain detailed records of all completed estimates.Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in HVAC estimating.• Proven expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC projects, including hospitals, schools, airports, energy, and military sectors.• Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and materials.• Ability to provide accurate estimates for projects ranging from $500k to $10MM.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other departments.• Union experience preferred, but not required.• Bonus: Experience in process piping is highly valued.Benefits:• Competitive pay with the potential to earn.• 3% retirement match and 100% medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield.• Relocation assistance considered for non-local candidates.• Exceptional company culture with a focus on professional growth and flexibility.Why Join Us?• Be part of an innovative, growth-driven company with unlimited potential for career advancement.• Work on a diverse range of projects, from commercial buildings to large-scale industrial facilities.• Enjoy work-life balance and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Interested?For more information or to apply, please send your confidential resume to jordan.mendiola@gogpac.com.
