You will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase, working on exciting projects with a collaborative team, and contributing to the company's continued success.• *Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:**- Lead the preconstruction phase of commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate estimating, budgeting, and scheduling- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive bid proposals and project plans- Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of project scopes, drawings, and specifications- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to ensure successful project outcomes• *Preconstruction Manager Essential Job Functions:**- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects- Conduct thorough analysis and research to determine project feasibility and profitability- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones- Review and interpret construction documents, identifying potential risks and conflicts- Utilize advanced software and technology to streamline preconstruction processes• *Preconstruction Manager Skills:**- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred- 4-7 years of experience in commercial construction, CMAR, and hard bid projects- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling- Proficiency in construction software and technology, such as Procore and Bluebeam- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• *Benefits:**- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $135,000- Comprehensive medical insurance packages- 401k match program- Bonus structures based on performance- Company vehicle for business useIf you are a motivated and experienced Preconstruction Manager seeking a new challenge with a well-established and successful company in the Commercial Construction industry, we want to hear from you!
