They recently experienced their lead estimator retiring and need a commercial estimator to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as an Estimator look no further.Commercial Roof Estimator Duties* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures* Review estimates with management* Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More* Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.* Create proposals with accurate scopes of work* Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what @type of roof systems are currently installedCommercial Roof Estimator Experience required* +2 years of estimating experience* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques• Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team playerBenefits for a Commercial Roofing Estimator* Full health benefits, 401K* Above market base salary (75k-120k depending on experience) paired with commission bonuses* Company Vehicle, cell phone, and equipment* Optional after Office work parties, golfing, happy hoursCall Terry McFadden 303.418.8906
