You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of personal lines agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and Lead: Manage the daily activities of the personal lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.• Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.• Customer Service: Oversee customer service interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Policy Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.• Compliance: Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary changes and updates.• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 2 years Personal Lines Producer experience.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.• Licensing: Active insurance license in personal lines required.• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
