We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join their dynamic team.As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the success and growth of both the company and its diverse client base.Responsibilities:- Manage and review tax engagements, including complex tax returns- Conduct in-depth research on tax laws and regulations- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients- Provide exceptional client service and develop strong relationships- Mentor and train junior staff membersEssential Job Functions:- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns- Collaborate with clients and team members to identify tax planning opportunities- Apply technical knowledge in areas such as corporate taxation, partnership taxation, and individual taxation- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations- Assist in estimating and reviewing tax provisionsSkills Required:- 2-5 years of relevant experience in tax planning and compliance- CPA certification or eligibility is preferred- Strong ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Exceptional attention to detail- Effective written and verbal communication skillsAt our partnered client company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field.
