GPAC, in collaboration with a top-tier company specializing in municipal infrastructure construction, is currently seeking a highly motivated and Experienced Estimator/Project Manager to oversee wet utilities projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects related to underground utilities, lift stations, storm drainage, gravity sewer, large-diameter pressure pipe, and mechanical piping. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing organization that prioritizes employee well-being, and success, and delivers unparalleled quality work that exceeds customer expectations.Heavy Civil/Mechanical Contractor, specializing in Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Underground Water & Sewer Utilities Construction, is seeking an experienced Senior Process Piping/Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:• Prepare process piping estimates for heavy mechanical piping/mechanical systems for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant construction.• Manage all process piping disciplines for projects under construction, including purchasing negotiation and coordination with field crews.Experience, Skills and Attributes needed:• 5 years’ relevant experience in piping and mechanical estimating for industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on water & wastewater treatment.• In-depth knowledge of piping materials (e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, Ductile Iron Pipe) commonly used in water & wastewater treatment applications.• Strong personal character and integrity with a high sense of urgency, punctual & reliable.• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast pace industry.• Proficient with Microsoft office software.• Experience with AutoCAD and HCSS - Heavy Bid Estimating Software products preferred.• Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.Long term position, based in MFRS’s, with competitive salary based on experience, Benefits package including 401(K) with company match, holidays, vacation, health, dental and vision benefits.Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) 4% Match• AD&D insurance• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• No weekendsExperience:• Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)How to Apply: If you are passionate about making a significant impact in municipal infrastructure construction and seeking an opportunity to grow with a reputable organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.
