We are partnering with a leading manufacturing facility on an immediate opening for a PLC Engineer. This role won’t be around long so reach out soonAs the PLC Engineer, your'e responsible for all policies, practices and programs related to the operation, upkeep, and upgrades to the machinesSelected Criteria for the job:• Diagnose and correct any mechanical reasons for system failures in a quick manner.• Seek ways to improve efficiency, via upgrades and modifications to the equipment as well as documentation of the process and full staff training.• Manage all Vendor Relationships and Documentation• Maintain a spare parts inventory, validating its data daily to account for loss.• Work with cross-functional team members to ensure the most robust list of ideas• Utilize Lean Manufacturing Models to ensure efficiency is continually being increased.• Design and oversea the fabrication of custom equipment or pieces.If this sounds like you, then let’s make that change.
