Duties & Responsibilities- Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans- Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate andmaintain positive business relationship- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion- Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms &agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process- Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reportsQualifications:- At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (may consider slightly less depending on candidate's track record and personality)- Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively- Relationship management and networking skills are a must- Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner- Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM system- Must have work authorization in U.S.Please email a CURRENT copy of your resume tomelissa.shelton@gogpac.com.
