Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the environmental services industry? gpac, a leading recruitment company, is partnering with a renowned client in the Waste, Recycling, and Environmental Services sector. We are on the lookout for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join their team in Ohio and West Virginia.Job Role: Territory Sales RepresentativeIndustry Focus: Waste, Recycling, and Environmental ServicesKey Responsibilities:• Drive sales in the designated territory, primarily focusing on non-refuse equipment like sewage systems, street sweepers, and related environmental products.• Proactively identify potential clients, establish strong business relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.• Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.• Effectively manage rental and used equipment sales, leveraging your knowledge to maximize revenue.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.• Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the territory.Qualifications and Skills:• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the Waste, Recycling, or Environmental Services industry.• Prior experience in selling non-refuse equipment and managing rental/used equipment sales is highly advantageous.• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively present and sell products to a variety of clients.• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.Benefits:• Competitive compensation package with base salary plus commission.• Comprehensive benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative looking to make a substantial impact in the Waste, Recycling, and Environmental Services industry.
