Gradient is on a mission to automate the modern enterprise, a huge space with over $100B in TAM. Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.

The role

As a Business Operations Lead at Gradient, you will play a critical role in guiding strategy and decision making across the company. You will work closely with leadership to provide key insights that drive business decisions. You will become an expert in various industries (including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and more) to help us understand customer pain points more effectively.

Example projects include researching and understanding the competitive landscape, working with our product and marketing teams to understand the end user and customer, managing business-critical partnerships, exploring acquisition opportunities, and supporting strategic planning.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive strategic projects through a combination of rigorous analysis, market research, and business acumen

• Work with leaders across the company to execute on business decisions

• Troubleshoot and optimize operational processes within the company to increase efficiency and impact

• Collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on recommendations and implementation

Preferred qualifications

• Have 5+ years of relevant full-time experience in management consulting or high growth start-up environment

• Are a clear and superb written and verbal communicator

• Have exceptional data analysis skills and business / operational acumen

• Are excited to work on 0 to 1 projects at an early stage startup
