Senior Manager Business Development, New England Region

Gradient is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Development for the New England region to lead business development and sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development and sales strategies in defined market segments/channels.
  • Deliver market-leading results in prospecting, sales, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective partners and clients.
  • Implement actions to improve sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Acquire and manage leads at every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Understand and navigate the unique buying landscape of the market.
  • Communicate customer feedback and pain points to internal teams.
  • Educate and consult with clients to develop technical solutions and funding mechanisms.
  • Support strategic reseller and location partner relationships.
  • Construct go-to-market plans with partners for joint campaigns.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
