Accounting Manager (Remote, USA)
Join a fast-growing startup as an Accounting Manager to play a pivotal role in financial operations and compliance with accounting standards.
Skills
- Strong background in accounting
- Experience with fast-paced monthly close operations
- Effective communication across all levels
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close process in the general ledger function
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Conduct in-depth financial data analysis
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls
Education
- BS in Accounting degree
- CPA license preferred
