Senior Solutions Architect (Remote, Germany)
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team, providing specialized business and technical consultation.
Skills
- Experience working on deployment teams
- Direct experience with observability (o11y)
- Experience with Grafana products (Prometheus, Loki, Jaeger)
- Excellent communication skills
- Systems architecture design
- Software engineering experience
- Kubernetes and Cloud Platforms experience
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers using Grafana
- Manage customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings
- Support customers to ensure continued value from commercial products and OSS projects
