Staff Data Scientist (Remote, US)
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive analytics within their Data & Analytics team, aiming to operationalize ML models for forecasting financial metrics and customer consumption.
Skills
- Experience in deploying ML models for time series data
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Refine existing time series forecasts for per-customer consumption
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure model infrastructure
- Build solutions for operational use cases like anomaly detection
- Collaborate with RevOps to predict customer consumption
- Work across teams to improve model performance by integrating new data sources
Education
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics)
