Staff Software Engineer - Alloy and OpenTelemetry Collector - USA Eastern Timezone
Grafana Labs is seeking a passionate Staff Software Engineer for their Alloy and OpenTelemetry Collector team, focused on enhancing observability tools for developers. Ideal candidates will thrive in a remote-first culture.
Skills

Responsibilities
- Delivering new functionality with the Alloy team
- Contributing to design documents for upcoming features
- Engaging with the OpenTelemetry collector community
- Ensuring Alloy integrates with Prometheus components
- Supporting customers with observability pipeline setups
- Collaborating with other teams to optimize Alloy performance
- Participating in on-call rotations
Education
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
