You will focus on facilitating data quality and customer experience improvements. You will report to the Supervisor, Supplier Lifecycle.You Will• Facilitate, execute, and maintain processes related to:• Contract administration: contracting such as drafting, amending, monitoring the data of contracts• Collections: funds recovery from suppliers because of warranties, and/or returns• Supplier maintenance: supplier onboarding, supplier profile maintenance, contract maintenance, and activations• Identify underlying issues, needs and scope – collecting data required to propose and act on meaningful solutions• Understand the upstream and downstream impacts and how teams interact to complete the work• Be a subject matter expert• Establish and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement• Collaborate with partners to document processes and requirements to help develop tools to enhance standard work and enable the scaling of new strategiesYou Have• BA/BS or equivalent experience• 1 years of experience in related field• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP, Teradata (SQL) and/or other database and reporting toolsRewards And BenefitsWith benefits starting day one, Grainger is committed to your safety, health and wellbeing.
