Grammarly is looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead Customer Success teams in the rapidly expanding Grammarly Business organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, driving growth, and developing scalable approaches.

  • Experience as a 2nd line manager
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and customer success management platforms

  • Develop scalable onboarding, adoption, renewal, and account growth approaches

  • Drive rapid adoption and use of Grammarly across customer organizations
