Grammarly is looking for an Email Operations Specialist to expand the use of their AI writing tools and improve workplace communication.

Responsibilities

Assist in campaign creation including email build, list segmentation, journey setup, and tracking.
Oversee campaign nomenclature and hierarchy and update as necessary.
Conduct A/B and segmentation tests to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Build ongoing strategies to optimize email/nurture performance and conversions.
Support ad-hoc requests and strategically problem-solve to improve email deliverability.
Document campaigns and processes to support team needs.
Support the Marketing analytics team by pulling campaign reporting from Iterable.
Establish strong working relationships with the Lifecycle Marketing team.
