Product Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to be Grapevine’s voice to the world. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating our product’s value to prospective customers through all mediums, including our website, sales enablement materials, and email. This role is based in NYC and reports to the Co-Founder and Head of Design, Emma Davies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for our SaaS solutions

  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for our products, tailored to practice administrators, frontline healthcare workers, and executives

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature releases

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape how we stand apart.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive adoption

  • Create beautiful sales enablement materials- presentations, case studies, and more—that make our vision tangible.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably in the healthcare technology sector

  • Proven track record of successfully marketing products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the needs of practice administrators and frontline workers

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions
