Your Opportunity

As a graphic designer, your primary responsibility is to effectively communicate our brand’s message through thoughtfully designed marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role will develop creative ideas and concepts with the team and will be responsible for the layouts and design elements for a variety of mediums.


This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)


What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside a dynamic group of designers and international marketing strategy teams
  • Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs for a variety of channels including, but not limited to web, social, editorial, events, and marketing collateral
  • Build email and landing pages for product campaigns and webinars
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders to manage projects, meet deadlines and implement feedback
  • Localize already-produced assets for the international marketing teams
  • Maintain and enhance EBSCO’s visual brand identity system and UI pattern library
  • Contribute to and maintain an organized repository of digital assets


Your Team

You will be welcomed as a member of the marketing design team (a team of about 10 people) and the larger Marketing department. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a graphic designer and your development and career growth at EIS.


About You

  • Online portfolio demonstrating design work
  • 2+ years relevant experience in visual communications, graphic design, and/or web design
  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise, with specialization in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint


What sets you apart

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience designing for international audiences
  • Experience creating motion graphics
  • Familiarity with design thinking and Agile methodologies

Target Annual Compensation Range: $55,855 - $79,795. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
