Graphic Designer
Are you able to create visually appealing web site, email, and print designs? Are you resourceful and a quick learner? Are you extremely organized with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines? If so, then we would like you to join our team as a graphic designer – focused mainly on web design.
The position requires you to work with our internal team members to brainstorm, design, and produce HTML emails for our clients as well as maintain, redesign, and create new web sites that support our customer loyalty and retention programs. The following laundry list will spell out the traits we think will make you successful here.
The work is 90% web and 10% print, so if you're light on print experience, but strong in web, we'd still like to hear from you.
We do some industry-leading work in a pretty fun, family-like environment. Success Indicators
- STRONG ABILITY to create eye-catching and user friendly web & email designs
- HIGHLY PROFICIENT with CSS and HTML/XHTML with ability to hand-code web pages and emails
- CAN WORK closely with our development team to maintain/enhance/create the different areas of our multiple websites
- UNCANNY attention to detail
- INTERMEDIATE (or better) level experience using Adobe tools to create appealing web and print designs
- KNOW your CMYK from your RGB, as well as the basics of good User Interface Design
- SUCCESSFUL at diagnosing cross-browser compatibility issues and developing elegant solutions
- ENJOY stepping into different roles to complete projects
- COMMUNICATE effectively in the verbal, written, and visual mediums
- DRIVEN to take ownership of your work, make an impact within our company, and coach or inspire others to step up their game

The position is based in our San Ramon, California office (sorry, no telecommuting) and will require no travel.
