Graphic Designer (Part-Time - 10 hours Per Week)

The Digital/Print Designer will work across the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Financial Communications (FinComm) Team to improve, enhance, and modernize our end-investor communications. The role is heavily focused on customer statement design, but also involves design work for trade confirmations and other regulatory communications. The Digital/Print Designer will coordinate and manage all mockups, samples, document backers, kitchen sinks, and product/marketing materials hosted on the Fidelity.com and Wealthscape, and Wealthscape Investor platforms. The Digital/Print Designer may also play a supporting the FinComm Team’s document and content management activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5-7+ years of experience required
- Foundational knowledge of financial products and services (e.g. equities, fixed income, options, etc.) required
- Experience with end-investor communications like brokerage statements and trade confirmations is preferred
- Expertise with Adobe InDesign and/or equivalent design tool experience required
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication as a writer and presenter
- Experience designing and implementing accessibility solutions is helpful
- Experience with or ability to apply document/content management tools is a bonus (e.g. SharePoint, Tridion, Quadient)
- Ability to work seamlessly across a diverse product team
