Role purpose
Create visual elements for top of funnel content pieces that express existing brand guidelines in an interesting way.
We’re looking for an awesome graphic designer with a rounded skill set to join our passionate Marketing team. You should be able to combine pixel perfect visual design skills with an ability to think about the bigger picture and impact of your work, allowing you to tackle a broad range of projects within a fast-paced tech company.
We’re looking for someone with creative spark, who can still think practically about design systems for customer-facing marketing assets - and we’re going through a rebrand, so it’s a really exciting time to join!
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering a broad range of print and digital assets that align to Lantum’s brand identity and are delivered to a consistently high standard
- Monitoring and aligning the brand identity in all communication streams, and ensuring that materials across the business are aligned with the brand ethos and goals
- Creating and rolling out branding tools and templates that can be used by the wider team to deliver comms that are always aligned to the brand
- Acting as the brand champion, running monthly regular training sessions with the wider business on brand elements, and communicating any brand updates via different company channels
- Responsible for ensuring the company’s content library is up-to-date, adding new assets once finalised and monitoring existing assets for any required changes
- Designing and production of social media assets to support scheduled campaigns
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider Lantum team in initiatives such as internal comms and presentations, office branding, company events, etc.
About you
To be successful in this role, you are:
- Experienced producing a wide range of print and digital assets across various mediums, including social media, ads, brochures, 1-pages, merchandise
- Confident working as Lantum’s sole permanent designer, delivering creative and exciting solutions that delight both internal stakeholders and customers
- A skilled communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills
- Well versed in different design skill sets, with excellent design presentation skills.
- Passionate about all things layout, graphic design and typography, with fantastic attention to detail
- Able to build relevant references and translate conceptual thinking into design language, mock ups, content and presentations when needed
Attributes
- Fully competent in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a particular focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
- A good understanding of UX/UI design tools - experience using Figma is a plus
- Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Have a good understanding of layout, typography and image management
- Have previous experience in contributing to the look and feel of social imagery as well as the content of brand social channels
- Have previous experience in the print production process from brief to execution, including budgets and timings
- Have the ability to work at all levels of the organisation and develop relationships throughout the business to foster two-way communications
