Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to fill the role as our Lead Graphic Designer at our company. You will work closely with us to develop concepts brands and products for both web and print materials, assist in creating advertisements for the web, as well as assist in creating website designs, and product packaging. We are looking for a team member who is very organized, able to work quickly, and can work well within a team setting. You will design for already established brands as well as create new visual branding concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the CEO and/or Product Manager to help design and develop product packaging. This includes both the creation of original concepts, as well as re-design of existing products/packaging as needed
• Work closely with the team to develop brand concepts for both web and print materials, advertisements, and create website designs
• Design and Develop website content and graphics based on concepts laid out by our team
• Prep files for printing on multiple substrates
• Communicate with vendors, clients and Marketing staff
• Design both print and email campaigns based on the concepts and specifications we need

Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of Full Adobe Creative Suite, Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors and client
• Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
• Knowledge of designing graphics for the web and optimizing images
• Experience or familiarity working on a Mac computer
• Photography and photo editing experience a plus
• Web design experience a plus
• Video experience / animation a plus
• Knowledge with HTML, JS, XML, XSL, and CSS a plus
• Must be detail oriented
• Comfortable brainstorming, researching and planning, presenting ideas, etc.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborating with a team
• Must be willing to take on challenges, adapt, and continuously learn new tools and techniques
