Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer will work Full Time, Days and is responsible for taking a project from concept through to press-ready design, as well as producing layout and size variations from pre-existing designs.
- This is not a management position, but the Graphic Designer will at times require communication with vendors and internal clients.
- The Graphinc Designer will collaborate frequently with other team members within the Marketing and Communications Department, and report directly to the Creative Director.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related major.
Experience:
-
3 years Proven graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency or corporate design or marketing team.
- 5+ years of proven design experience may be considered in lieu of degree completion.
Skills:
-
Exceptional design skills with proven experience designing for a wide range of print, web, digital, and social media projects.

Broad working knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and all facets of the design process.

Proficient to Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.

Video editing and video effects experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Capable of working on multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.

Passion for design and the desire for continued growth and improvement.

Ability to follow established workflow processes and structures with an organized work method.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and work at computer for extended periods of time.

Walking, sitting, lifting no more than 25 pounds.

Must be willing to travel to network hospitals and other sites as needed.
