Travel Design Assistant

We are hiring a highly motivated Travel Design Assistant to join us and contribute to the success of our sales team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles & will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving targets, promoting and selling travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Designers and the sales team in achieving sales targets
• Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in our system
• Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a travel agency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
