We are seeking a motivated HRIS Analyst to join our team. Training will be provided, but advanced Excel skills are a must.Job Description:Responsibilities:• Maintain and support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.• Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Generate and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions to support HR decision-making.• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.• Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices.• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.• Assist in the development and documentation of HRIS processes and procedures.• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications:• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
