Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role 

We're seeking a proficient Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and programmatic paid digital media. The ideal candidate will be adept in crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales, all within the cannabis industry's regulatory framework. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various digital platforms. 
  • Implement programmatic buying strategies using data-driven insights for targeted ad placements. 
  • Work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate with market leaders to gain insights for crafting market-specific campaigns. 
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve results. 
  • Ensure compliance with cannabis industry regulations in all digital marketing activities. 
  • Efficiently manage digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI. 
  • Partner with creative teams for high-impact ad creatives and landing pages. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies for campaign improvements. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital media vendors and platforms. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing advancements. 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required 
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC and programmatic advertising. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, DSPs). 
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with reporting and data analysis. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment preferred. 
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry. 

Additional Requirements 

  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
