Implement and execute HR programs and processes
Create and maintain strong relationships across the organization
Ensure compliance with employment law and leave policies
Support project management initiatives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or Organizational Development
Certifications like SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred
