Human Resources Business Partner - Production
Green Thumb is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our Production facility(ies) and scale our rapid growth. This role involves executing HR programs, policies, and practices, aligning business objectives with talent strategies, and fostering a positive company culture.

Responsibilities
- Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps
- Strategize with business leaders on performance management and talent development
- Serve as a culture champion and support employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations and conduct thorough investigations
- Advise on change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation
- Implement and execute HR programs and processes
- Create and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Ensure compliance with employment law and leave policies
- Support project management initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or Organizational Development
- Certifications like SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred
