Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
- Licensure: Active Indiana Pharmacist license (or eligibility)
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy management
- Experience in hospital or psychiatric settings preferred
- Skills:
- Strong command of pharmacy software and inventory systems
- Policy development and implementation
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Adaptable to evolving pharmacy regulations and trends
