Greenlight is seeking a versatile, strategic, and data-driven marketer to expand our powerhouse Product Marketing team. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will be responsible for a variety of growth, partnership, engagement and retention marketing initiatives. 


For all areas of ownership, you will proactively seek out data and insights (consumer and competitive) to input into Product strategy, partner with Product and Design on highly thought-out end-to-end customer journeys, formulate Product Marketing strategy and positioning, define and set-up measurement plans to track success, take ownership over cross-channel GTM execution, nurture and sustain programs to support the health of your initiatives.


Your day-to-day:


  • Develop go-to-market strategies and oversee launch execution for new products, partnerships,, features, and benefits
  • Partner with Product to establish key product / launch requirements based on customer and market feedback
  • Support leaders with ideation, research, and analysis of new growth opportunities for the company
  • Influence business partners in contract stages to define the right set of launch requirements/ marketing commitments for our partner GTMs
  • Translate customer needs into positioning and messaging strategies, from top-of-funnel awareness messages to key points along the customer journey 
  • Work across Marketing (brand, creative, channels) to develop and execute plans that drive growth and usage of our products
  • Source and secure new distribution opportunities to drive lead generation to the new products
  • Champion customer’s needs and product purpose across the organization to gain buy-in and ensure cohesive, seamless execution across all functions.
  • Propose experimentation solutions for validation of new growth ideas.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Analytics and Data Science to define and measure success and forecast business impact.
  • Lead through influence across the organization by building and maintaining trust and credibility
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed against the swiftly changing needs of our customers and business.


What you’ll bring to the team:


  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving successful go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, preferably in the consumer subscription or fintech space
  • Highly organized, incredible attention to detail, impeccable communication and skilled at connecting dots, from strategy through to execution.
  • Combination of creative strategic thinking and operational excellence, a passion for results, and an attitude that anything is possible
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate the “why” of problems before jumping to the “what” or “how”
  • A general people-person who excels at championing ideas to get buy-in and generate excitement amongst all stakeholders
  • Extremely customer-focused, with a passion for uncovering insights and translating them into actionable product & marketing plans
  • Demonstrated aptitude for solving unforeseen problems creatively and with urgency
  • Thrives on collaborative work; attacks big problems with big ideas and without ego; a strong team player who regularly lifts their team up 
  • Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Able to embrace ambiguity and adapt to change as needed
  • Bonus if you have experience in any of the following: direct-to-consumer businesses, subscription-based business models, partnership marketing, Fin Tech, and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
