Sr Regulatory Compliance Manager

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Sr Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and in-house processes. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, solid experience in compliance management, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer processes for managing routine agreements
Evaluate contractual risks and establish review processes
Investigate and resolve compliance problems
Develop and implement programs to increase cross-functional knowledge
Monitor changing regulations and update procedures accordingly
Lead negotiations for new contracts and manage conflict resolution
Develop and conduct training for compliance standards

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred
Aerospace background and aircraft industry experience a plus
