Summary:We have several early-stage enterprise software investments looking to make their first hires in sales. The ideal candidate will be able to work directly with founding teams to build sales pipeline and execute the playbook to drive repeatable revenue.Key Qualifications:• 1+ years of experience in a pipeline-generation role, ideally within a tech startup or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Demonstrated ability to source and qualify leads, ideally with your own playbook. You’re the person your peers want to emulate.• You’ve been a top performer because you know what it takes to get there. You track the input to predict the output.• You have the confidence that you’ll figure it out, and the sense of urgency to move quickly to make it happen. You thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, and are capable of handling change and uncertainty with confidence.• Priority given to early sales hires from successful/growing startups who cold called and built their pipelines from scratchPlease note:There are no fees associated with any of the support we provide our investments.
