Position Summary Information

Job Summary
The Grill Attendant will be responsible for the food service that is sold out of the Crawford Pub. Safe food handling practices and inventory controls will be of the utmost importance. Will receive cash/check/credit cards for food and beverage sales. Must be able to interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner. The Grill Attendant will work with the General Manger to ensure profitability of the department. Will train other food handlers to ensure consistent and safe products are being delivered to customers. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Position entails non-standard working hours, including holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicant must be 18 years or older.

Candidate must pass ServSafe Food Handler certification within 2 weeks of start. Preference will be given to candidates that have ServeSafe Manager certification.
